S.H. 172 CUP or New 182

Ive been out looking today at getting a new car, had a look at a few but two stood out an 03 cup £7500 and a new inport 182 in black, for £1199 im also looking a a new trophy just need the dealer to come down a little more got him down to £14325 (need him to knock more off, or give me more for my car, in PX, hes working on it) if the dealer cant knock more off the trophy, what do you guy think would be the better buy out the other two?

u should be able to get a uk cup packed full fat 182 for 12k. Id rather have that over an import. Alternatively, what about a 2nd hand 182, loads on here for 10-10.5k. The trophy is spot on but is it worth the extra £££s?

personally I would get a 172 cup you should be able to get one for less than 7k which is ridiculously good VFM

Depends how much you want to spend? + Are you bothered for aircon, leather xenons etc etc?

If not get a 172 Cup / 182 Cup

A new 182 with both Cup packs would be nice, but youll loose loads in deprication.

If you want the extras/toys have you looked at a used 172/182?

Your budget seems pretty flexible so youve got alot of options available to you.

The only toy worth having (IMHO, over the leather seats) is AC, and the 182Cup has it, so knock yourself out

i am glad i asked i didnt give the 182 cup a thought, i would like AC so i think a little more looking round. just hoping the dealer can drop the price a bit more on the trophy will find out monday.
