Samsung F490 /vodafone deal

Anyone think this is a good deal on vodafone.
600 Minutes any time, any network, Unlimited texts, 18 month contract.
With a Samsung F490 free.

£25 a month
My only problem is the that samsung i had, i sold after 2 months cos i hated it so much. Ive been using a v3 and a sony walkman phone for the last 15 months.

Not on a new connection the new tariffs dont allow it.

And especially not on the £25 tariff he has been quoted.

if he is they can do it to upgrades, as we can add anything to an upgrade package. But a new connection is a little tighter.
