seal between cat and down pipe from manifold

hi, the seal from between the cat converter and the downpipe from the manifold for a Clio 182 it's blowing something terrible as the lug for the bold is cracked at one side (easy repaired) but I want to fit a new seal, if anyone has ever had this problem please share info and does anyone know a place I'd get this part or a website, also I was going to get a scorpion red power cat back system (stainless) to replace the old as its looking worse for ware and I think it would be a decent upgrade?

Its a kit and comes with new bolts/washers/ and gasket.
