Seat belt anchor

I have my MOT this weekend and one of my rear seat belt anchors does not work. Firstly if I get a secondhand one will my original belt clip in ok?

Secondly as its a cup it doesn't have a middle belt so it is blanked on the anchor. If I get a non blanked one, will the MOT station kick up a fuss thinking the middle belt is missing?

lastly anyone got the said anchor?

Second hand one would work fine.
Get one from a scrappy.

Not sure re the MOT and middle belt missing.
