Seat Belt Tensioners

Easy to fit/replace?

My drivers seat seatbelt has been fine since i got the car, i went away on holiday, came back a week later and now it barely works so i need to sort it.

When you say the seatbelt no longer works what do you mean by that?
Which part?

I can pull the belt out ok but it retracts really, really slowly as if the tensioners are either not working or need greasing?
