Seat Rail Bolt cross threaded

I was fitting my recaros yesterday and I think I may have cross threaded the drivers side front inner bolt (inner next to handbrake), I've tried undoing it and the nut won't come off and it doesn't tighten, does anyone have any ideas how to get the nut off as its in a very tight place next to the centre silencer?

Use a Dremel to cut it off.
