securing a sub

Fitted by new sub yesterday. Its a blaupunkt odsb 8000 so nice and small and not taking up too much room. It came with some mounting bracket things but Id like to have it secured but able to take out if needed.

Whats the best way of securing it?

I was thinking of some velcro strips or something with a sticky side to (obviously) stick to the boot floor and also to the bottom of the sub before the velcro would hold them together?

Velcro normally does the trick.

I use lots of velcro and it doesnt shift at all.

Just glue the non-fluffy part of the velcro to the bottom of the sub box - I always find that this grips the boot floor carpet well enough to stop a sub shifting around.
