Service Battery?!

I have a late 2011 Macbook Pro, just clicked on the battery monitor and it's telling me to 'service battery'?!

What's the score with this? Has seemed a little worse the last few days but nothing too shocking. Coconut battery says:

77% capacity, but does fluctuate a little, as high as 93% 3 months ago.
It's done 474 cycles.

Sometimes you can reset it, but more often than not its on its way out. Just buy another battery.

Hmmm, not good.
However it no longer has this warning, and has been fine today oddly?! Will have to keep an eye on it. Any recommendations for the best place to buy a battery, or is it Apple only?

I'd try eBay tbh! Make sure its genuine or at least says genuine.

It's not done it since and has worked fine, so just going to keep an eye on it and see if it does it again.
