service intervals?

Does anyone have a list of the service intervals for a mk2 172 & what they involve, cost etc?

Mines done about 68000 & its not been running particularly smoothly for a while & would like to get it serviced.

Would you pay for Renault/garage to do it or is it worth trying to do it yourself? how difficult, costs etc?

any ideas?

Normal service every 12k or 2 years,
Aux belt 36k or 5 years
Cambelt 72k or 5 years
