No I'm afraid there are not, I have a 4 digit plate and I would love to get rid of 2/3 of it...but.

the only other worry i have is the vee has a angled mount on the front..and the long plate can bend round it and still use sticky pads..

short plates would need bolted on as not enough to bend :(

Technically the plate should be flat and vertical according to the regulations, in reality most cars have a slight bow in the front bumpers or panels although you will see more manufactures complying by fitting a plinth that follows the contours of the car but is flat on the face.

All these regulations are simply to ensure that NPR and speed cameras can read the plates.

think it looks gd, or get one of them plates with the black background and the white font, that old cars used to have.

long plates for me. being cheaky whats in the bubble cover??

my dads prototype triumph TR5, completely re-built now and almost finished

doesnt really interest me much, but AFAIK its one of only about 3 original pre-production prototypes left, so will be worth ££££££'s when re-done to original standard :)
