thanks Dan, I am really happy with the exhaust, i thought it was gonna be loud, but its nice when sitting in the car.

Dave3141, you may recall me detailing my car also had a 4K rattle. Well the other night i had it up on the axles and found it actually wasn't the heatshield at all!

Whats causing the rattling on mine is a loose manifold bolt directly after the 4-1, there are two spring loaded bolts - one of mine is loose/broken and its rattling like fook. The problem is access is a b**ch, you can just about get on the bolt with two people (long arm socket from above engine, and spanner from below) but mine is completely ceased.

Just some info in case yours is suffering the same.
