should I drain the coolant before adding anymore?

I want to top my coolant up, is it ok to just buy a bottle of coolant and top it up to the desired level? or do I need to drain the existing coolant first?

what colour is the coolant as you must use the same coloured/spec stuff.

buy the green stuff ready mixed from renault or gsf, ready mixed so ideal for top ups

Basically, yeh its fine just to top it up.. and depending n how low it is, theres no point buying anymore antifreeze, just top it up with water mate.

it depends what you want to do !
if you just want to top it up, its fine to do that and you dont really need to add antifreeze to it for the small amount it is water is fine

or if you want to drain and refill then yes you can do that

If you kinow its been changed of the coolant is still bright green then just top it up.

If the coolant has gone a redish colour and/or you want piece of mind its a 30 minute job to drain the system and refill it with new coolant. GSF do the proper Renualt coolant which is premixed.
