Should I have voltage at coil pack with ignition on but engine not running?

I am trying to locate what my non-starting problem is on my car, I have a feeling it is the ECU immobiliser kicking in. When I turn the ignition I have no power to fuel pump and no spark when I crank the engine over (the starter motor works fine) .

I was thinking that perhaps even with the engine off, 1 of the 3 wires (white, beige, pink) at the coil plug should still have 12v when the ignition is on? And then when the engine turns the CPS enables the coil pack to produce spark?

The immob light is goin out, but iv got no spark an no fuel! Iv spoken to Fred an he said to check the earths on the loom.
