side light removal cup, urgent hlp please!

Hey chaps how do i get the side lights out of my 172 cup? Im trying to change the bulbs at the mo, i dont wanna brake em!
I tried a search but there where pages and pages to scroll through!

side light removal ....wow , very tough m8 .

after you've removed the rubber casing , i found it easier to disconnect the wiring 1st , the side light bulb holder should twist about a quarter turn and you need to give it a pull , they are tight but will ease out . luckily i have small hands to get down to it and pull .

i struggled tbh ......copied some1 else and replaced sidelight bulb with xenon ones .
