sky tv, pin lock question

is there a way to take off the sky pin code thing you have to enter each time you try to watch films on sky movies during the day?

Ive tried going into settings but it wont remove it.

services - parental control - enter pin - viewing restriction.

Yea.. but not on HD it seems?

On Sky+, I'm sure I stopped it... but on HD, it doesn't.. Heh.

I haven't looked for a while though..

ive been onto other restrictions and took off pin on pre watershed playback? and all the other settings are set to off as well.
Its sky plus not HD.

Its getting really annoying having to enter a pin to watch austin powers 2 at 1pm.

I'm pretty sure I got it turned off on my Sky+ box.

From memory (this is like 18 months ago now) the same option isn't available on my HD box.

Isnt the pin code on so sky can show 12/15/18's before the watershed?
And thats the reason why you cant turn it off?

You can turn it off, as said its in the parental control or similar.

You cannot turn it off, it was part of the requirements laid down by ofcom that sky had to adhere to because they wanted to show films rated higher than PG during the day.
