Right looking at signing up to sky any ideas on how to get the price down for the monthly costings, or is it just a case of signing up etc im a new sky customer.

Looking at having the basic channels, unlimited BB, and the phone package where sky actually manage your phone line too.

you wont get it any cheaper than you would if you jst sign up online tbh

You wont get Sky any cheaper but i managed to get the phone line rental half price for 6 months, also got unlimited download and 2meg BB for around £10 a month, i have just got Sky HD ordered, they will be putting my Sky + upstairs for me, HD downstairs, i have phone, BB, HD, Sky + with all music channels, comedy package, documentaries and all movies including HD for everything for £50 a month.

You do know the 2Mb service is free? Unlimited access comes with the up to 16Mb service and is £10 a month. Is that the one you're on but you can only get 2Mb?

My old man has the £17/month package - Free eveing calls, Sky+ and broadband... it's a bargain really.

The free broadband is fine for him as he just uses the net for surfing.

so when adding the line rental it is really £27-£30 a month. Not such a bargain
