Despite my greatest efforts some c**t still had to ruin it with traffic light grand prix talk and challenges of epic proportions against the munsonater.

I suppose your right that .3 of a second is f**k all, but that's still a car length or 2. So in conclusion, are we saying that if the Clio and type r were driven by the same person at the same time both got the best possible launch the car is capable of then the civic would win but generally speaking your average driver vs your average driver would be equal?

I've beaten a few type r's but mines completly stripped so its hardly a fair comparison. Plus i have come to the conclusion that type r drivers can't drive for s**t i'm sure i could make a type r get away from the line quicker. it may be down to the gear ratios as the type r has the six speed box so they would have to change gear more and gear changes cost time.
