snapped 182 grill

Car  Vantage
someone reversed there car into my car and has snapped my grill..

i've stuck it back together (kind of) but you can see the cracks

so ive decided i want to spray/paint it..

how shall i do it and what shall i use..

i want to do it black....

Matt black. Spray can. Anything else will look shite. Will take you five mins to do.

err no... just curious, cause ive heard in the past that someone's used the wrong types of paint, and it start melting etc.

On an engine bay maybe, but on the grill attached to the front bumper? Is it really likely to burst into flames? It's the amphasite turinis you've got to watch tbh, they explode IIRC.

Are you too much of a tight b*****d to replace it & buy a new one & have it look as it was intended?

They cost about £50-surely sacrificing a night out on the beer won't destroy you for the sake of your car looking right.

true, but yes i am quite broke atm (part time worker) as i just brought a new bonnet and now got to pay for the labour, but im going to leave the grill how it is atm, then buy a new one later.

Sounds like someone's bought a car they cannot afford to run, shame on the car really.

What?! He's said he'll replace it later, everyone has months where they're tight on money.

Id stick a new one on from renault eventually, if its cracked even once you've painted it you'll notice.

Keep a beady eye at the scrappies etc too.
