Snetterton Super Bikes, First Time Motorsport Photography!

The BSB practices were on at Snetterton and a friend who’s into bikes and photography invited me along. As it would cost me nothing I was happy to go.

I realised that I didn’t actually own a long enough lens so had to borrow one from Bobby J. Thanks J

I was all thinking it would be easy as follow what I was taking a picture of, keep it in the centre and press the snap button. I still did some research the night before but when It came to doing it I was actually rather dogs**t at it. Couple my lack of talent with the wind and no monopod and you get the rubbish results below.

I did, in my opinion, get better as the day went on but I still need a lot of improvement. Anyhoo I started off in the pits and car park….

Was good day when the sun came out the bikes now there sooooo rapid and the noises on over run when dropping on two(2) cylinders??!!

Yep the sound some of these machines were making were pretty awesome, I tried to capture some of the flames but couldn't

Thanks, there was quite a few times when a few of them were going for it round the bends together, I just couldn't get the camera to focus right
