Soggy floor

Wifes old shape 3-door Clios got a soggy floor on the passenger side. She also tells me that the divers (typo, but a good one) seatbelt is occasionally wet.

Doesnt appear to be the sunroof...are there any other places I should look first before starting to pull things apart looking for the leak?

Door seal for the passenger footwell being soggy

The seal on the top of the rear doors on mine leaks, water drips down onto the back seats, about 6" in from the edge, only when its very wet or i clean it, could it be a similar problem?
