Could you guys give me some advice on how to crimp the wires on the back of my speakers......

heres more info on my problem....

i cut the white things off......
take the plastic off the wires......
insert the bare wire into the top of the crimp...my crimp looks like this

http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?ModuleNo=219181&&source=14&doy=16m11

then squeeze with the crimping the plastic to secure the wire into place.....

then simply put the crimp onto the spade terminal on the back of the speaker???

thanks

Put as much of the bare wire into the crimp and a bit of the plastic that surrounds the wire. The crimp should have metal surrounded by plastic if you bought decent ones. Use a crimping tool making sure you match up the colour at the end of the crimping tool with the colour crimp you are using. In one movement squeeze the crimps making sure your squeezing the metal not just the plastic outer.
