Someone in the North Wales area?

Im looking for someone to refurb my wheels. Just bought a mondeo zetec s and the wheels are a little marked. Anyone know anywhere in the area thats half decent?

Also whats the going rate?

And i also want someone to detail my car. Its panther black so has very bad swirl marks and needs bringing back. Same as above really anyone good in my area?
