Sonax Paint Prepare as a nano sealant prep?

Would this be suitable for prepping paintwork for CQUK.

I will be going through a full deon process and full machine polish.

I want to spray this on to remove any residues which might be left after polishing with P1, then apply CQUK.

Why not just use eraser as recommend?

I wasnt aware it was recommended. I always thought eraser left something on the paintwork.
