Spongy brakes

Brakes have barley any feel and the pedal is very spongy. Not really sure what's wrong, new disks and pads at the back, fronts both have loads of life and recently just had the fluid flushed, also had new calipers about a year ago and have made sure the runners and pistons are both free, so don't know what to look into next?

Definitely bled the brakes properly?

Yeah it was done on a pressured machine at Mercedes, and the fluid that came out had no air bubbles and looked fresh so can't see it being that
