Squeak 182 cup

Ok I have a squeak coming from the drivers side front wheel area. It only happens going forwards, turning left and when applying and releasing the brakes but only when moving. Had the brakes checked by a mechanic when I had my wishbones changed and no stones or anything loose. Has anyone had this problem and if so what were the solution/s?
