Squeek When shifting on 172

When shifting in every gear there is an annoying "squeek" type noise which seems to come from just underneath the gearshift, no cracks or anything, just a pain in the arse.

The other pain, wind noise from about 70 mph onwards

Anybody experience in solving these little troubles ? my car is new, guess just needs a little fine tuning

A bit of lube needed on the joint I would guess. My golf used to do it if I hit a big puddle until I lubed it up properly...

I dont get wind noise till about 125mph.. but I guess that is to be expected.
