On my way home today, i saw a silver mk2 ph1 (i think) clio.. but it had diplomatic plates on! xxx D xxx (x = a number)

anyone seen this before?

Also saw a navy 172 in st albans

Was right next to a blue 182 on the dartford bridge as well

getting common!

Diplomatic number plates don't just mean spead cameras = nothing, they mean ANYTHING = nothing. park anywhere, run anybody over, jump red lights..
