Stainless manifold an system on 172

Hi guys,

Im hoping someone can shed some light on this for me?
I have a 2004 172 and having a 182 (4-2-1) stainless manifold fitted Monday along with custom built system by powerflow with a sports cat.
Now I've been told that the will give me around 15+ bhp but also been told they will make no difference in bhp??
Has anyone does this or know if they offer more bhp as its not the cheapest of things tO do so hoping its not a waste of a load of dough??

nothing worth shouting about really couple of bhp if that, might have better torques, but for £500+ i wouldn't

I have the 182 manifold on my 172 with a full stainless and to be fair made a bit of difference but not for the money tho
