standard clio 182 shock absorbers rear

got an 04 standard 182 noticed now that going over speed bumps it jolts to 1 side so i suspect a rear shock has gone but being a standard 182 would there be much difference if i bought the cup shock absorbers in stead of standard ones ie would they fit ok or does it need to be the standard shocks that i need to get? cheers guys n gals

Any mk2 rear shocks will fit.
the cup ones are about 20% stiffer! but as one of yours is trashed it will feel much better.
The cup ones are also a little cheaper by a few quid.
