Just after some advice, has anyone had one of these proper reno ipod connection units fitted, i was told that you can control the ipod on the steering controls and was after finding out to what extent it woks ie is it just the same album up/down and track skip when you load an mp3 cd or is it possible to search albums, playlists etc.
I have also looked at the aux input leads, i presume they are just a standard 3.5mm headphone jack as you can volume up/down but do everything else on the ipod unit?
Any help and price guides would be most helpfull, i really don't want to change the standard headunit over so i think is would be the best option.
