Sticky wheel

My car hadn't been moved in 2 days and when I used it today it felt like the front wheel was seized slightly. Once it had broken it's seal, so to speak, it was fine, just wondering if this can be a symptom of anything I.e wheel bearing on it's way out? There's a bit of a grinding noise which I haven't been able to identify yet but I tried to wobble my hub before as that's one way of checking the bearing but there was no give in it at all? Only other thing I can think of is gearbox, but there's no trouble selecting gears/poppin out of gear!

Got a trip to the ring in august so want her running 100% before the journey!

Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

Yer rear pads were stuck to the discs. The grinding noise is the pads rubbing off the rust from the discs. Drive it around a bit with lots of braking and it will be ok. It happens when the car is left outside for a while.
