Guys after nearly 12700 miles of trouble free motoring, my 182s stop and battery indicator warning lights are showing
Basically it shows when i start the car (stays on when all other warning lights are out - but only for a few seconds) and goes out when i get up some speed, then comes on again as i come to a stop e.g. at traffic lights.
Pretty sure i could smell a electrical whiff today as i was driving her, popped open the bonnet and did smell a bit of a burning smell coming from the alternator area. Maybe the alternator has packed up? All wires/connections to the battery seem ok.
Anyone had anything similar, any ideas before i take it down to the dealer?
