Turbos.
We host all of our clients (about 50) on a server with Rackspace. They have their own anti-spam thing that they update and we have nothing to do with. Other than that, we recommend using Spambully to clients which is for individuals opposed to server side.
Some of my clients are technophobes and clearly haven't installed Spambully. We don't offer IT support so doing it for them isn't an option... so i'm just wondering what we can do? One guy claims he got 1,000 emails in 2 hours yesterday! No idea how...
In the past i've seen some very strict anti-spam programs that demand confirmation to prove you are real, then you're placed on the white list. Problem is, i fear all clients would have to have this as it would be server side.
If anyones got any ideas/recommendations i'd appreciate it!
Cheers
Rob
