Strange PC problem.

Been given a PC to try and fix for someone, basically it has no output when switched on. I have stripped and rebuilt it twice now, even tried using a different graphics card. Still no luck.

Onboard graphics give no output, nor does a 9500GT. Everything boots up, all fans/hdd are working. Just no output - any other suggestions?

No beeps, but i can't see a speaker plugged in on it either.

He siad he just may aswell upgrade it. Then said for £100 - £150.

Asus uATX board and E6500 will do him fine.
