Stuck fuel flap

Hello all, ive got a 2016 Clio RS with a locked fuel cap. I've tried locking/unlocking several times, and testing the flap etc, can't seem to locate any emergency release. About to start pulling off parts (wheel arch inner guards?) can't see anything behind the boot liner or tail light. Any and all suggestions welcome!
