Sunroof rattle

My Clio has developed one heck of a loud rattle around the sun roof area, it's the mk1 phase 2 so it's electic sunroof.

If I close the door you hear this donge sound like someone jumping off a diving board in a cartoon
If I 1. Open the sun roof or two put pressure on the sunroof with my hand and close the door it stops now option one defeats the whole point of having a roof and number two doesn't help when I'm wanting to change gears, the rattle is almost constant.
It also does it over bumps and round corners.

Anyone got any ideas as to what it might be and some tips to stop it?

On further inspection is sort of sounds like theres something lose in the roof like a screw or something like that, if so how hard is it to remove the roof lining?

Sorted, after reading storys of peoples sun roof I took the rubber seal off around the inside of the sunroof and put my hand down between it and the roof lining managed to get a loose nut out which was causing it.

Now totally off topic, anyone know anything good for removing blood my roof looks like it's gone three rounds with Tyson, the metal underneath the roof lining is like a razor and has totally f*cked three of my knuckles up but it was so worth it I can drive along now without a rattle in the world until the next nut decides to come loose.
