OK, anyone done a "home brew" kit?

If so, what did you use?

I assume the Mini Cooper S Eaton charger is no good, and something like the one from the Merc C230 is a better option?

Is it just a case of fabricating brackets/losing the aircon so the pully fits, then making up the associated pipework?

I understand the most important thing is to make sure you have a keyed pulley. Pretty sure the F4R does not have this. I don't know what I'm talking about so feel free to ignore, but this is what I've read. I'm guessing the extra load drawn from the charger causes the pulley to slip on the crank and smash your valves into your pistons - pure guess.
