Suspension mount modification

Booked my cup in for it's final warranty work next week as it's almost 3 years old.

I've got the awful grinding/creaking noise when the steering is on full lock but when I explained it was a common problem the chap seemed oblivious.

Has anyone got a referance number (or whatever) for the modification work or know the exact terminology I should be using to describe the problem when I take the car in?

I had my 182 in for this on Monday, typically it doesn't do it now!

Mine is in for that now. My brother has been to the dealer to get van parts and there was 2 lads under the bonnet spraying WD -40 on the strut top if thats the case im going to kick arse.

my mk2 172 has been into renault twice ofr this and its still there. I just live with it now coz pissed off with going back to them

mine still squeaks and creaks on full lock driving slowly over bumpy ground! sounds to be same issue.
