Tappets - inlet and exhaust settings?

Okay among other things I intend on sorting out the common tapping noise on my car tmrw. Its a 1995 1.4 champs elysees with the energy engine, was wondering if anyone knew the inlet and exhaust settings? i.e what valve clearances they should have (or to that affect, dont know much about it, im not doing it :S ) or at least where I could find out? I have a Haynes manual, are they in there somewhere by any chance??

and if anyones got a set of instructions of how to do it that would be great back up, and also what tools do i need just to make sure?

0.10 mm intake
0.25 exhaust

Haynes manul has a decinet enough guide.

Yeh cheers didn't have a clue what was looking at at first, after doing them realised its the simplest thing ive ever seen! Allow spending £40+ for labour at a garage when you can do it yourself in an hour
