So then the time has come to sort myself out with something electrical to take away the need to hand brush every car-

Henry Hoover???

Are there any hand held devices that are any good, ---

Why do people use to get the best results??

Henrys/numatics are awesome and will last forever.
Hand helds generally have a crap battery and dont suck as good as a mains hoover anyway.

id get a henry personally!

About a year ago I bought a macallister.

£99 and its a wet or dry vac and could suck a golfball through a garden hose. dead easy to clean/empty and has been used every single day for the last year and its still as good as new.

When I say wet vac, I mean it will suck up water.

ie when you're cleaning a car and theres a huge puddle in the footwell because the c**ty customer never told you that the pollen filter leaks and the car fills up with water....

A carpet/upholstery cleaner is a different machine. Like a Vax.

The long metal thing and the floor attatchment I just threw in the bin. I use the hose with the small attatchment thats provided.

Honestly i've had Vax's, Henry, a Charles and most recently another Vax and all of them break. (I do clean over 40 cars a month! lol) but this thing just seems bullet proof.
