Saw a couple of i8's outside work tonight at the same time, going in opposite directions. I bet they never even acknowledged each other.
One was orange and grey, the other one was black and grey.

WOW. That's exactly like I had at 16 years old. 1.6 Ghia. Brown vinyl roof with brown velour trim. Even had a rev counter on the dash. VTE 2T. Shame I don't have any photographs of it.

I sold it in 1996 and it was last due for tax in 2004

Some geezer still has the W reg beige one my mum & dads neighbours had (it's beige with a brown vinyl roof) It's a complete minter! They sold it to him about 25 years ago. I used to go in it when I was a kid with their kids.

Saw a very well used D-reg 3-door Sierra Cosworth in Kirkby Stephen yesterday. Family of four inside, dirty car, out in the rain.
Nice to see one being used!
Also saw a purple Aston Martin DB6 in Leeds, lovely car.

It was pretty surreal seeing one on the road, my first thought was it's a bodged replica.

Apparently it’s a DBS Superleggera, 710bhp and 900nm of torque. Tasty!

Was at Retro arises today, so a little cheating for good spots as there was a lot there. But highlights were:

This child’s car strapped to a mower engine (2CV in the back ground had an R1 engine in)

And this Clio. Audi engine in the back. Very well finished and the quality of the work was amazing

My knowledge is so useless I didn't realise the rs bit even tho it's written on the car.
I think it's that colour combo that does it tbh. Doesn't look as good in red.

Saw a K reg 911 2.7 RS in orange with black Carrera writing down the sills earlier. Not sure if it was a real one (London, so it could have been) it was really noisy. I loved it!!

Terrible pictures but an old man and his good lady in a E30 M3. Must have easily been in there 70's.

He was a good sport and had a blast. Gave a thumbs up as he went past. It was completely original. It didn't even look like it'd had new number plates since it left production.
