I might be getting confused, but is that not the same one from the Grand Tour? Guessing it can't be seeing as they chopped it up, but the CNT numberplate makes me think it is as I vaguely remember them joking about it...

I'm leaning towards rep. Was it on a K-plate? Hard to tell from the picture but, if so, it's probably a rep, as blue wasn't offered on 4x4s. You could get two-wheel drive ones in Crystal Blue, but this looks too dark for that.

I reckon it's probably a Chasseur or something. Looks a similar colour to the blue offered on those. Basically one of the run-out models made near the end of production.
