There was supposed to be a Corsair one included in my “bundle”. But that and the 3XS cable ties and branded mug didn’t turn up….a bit annoying given I’ve just splurged the amount I did…
Rang them this morning. All apologetic and it’s being mailed out today.
So I’ll be on controller until it arrives…
As a northerner I know you have to watch out for bottom intake fans dragging in coal dust, whippet hair and beef dripping, but I still don't know what the big deal is?
EDIT: and I still haven't forgiven you for the Clonezilla fiasco anyway

EFA. There might not be much left on top but I'm clinging to it.I think my case has 8 fans including the CPU cooler and graphics card
Whippets have naturally really short hair and dont malt that much @cs_rich. Its the fibres from my f**king flat cap I have to be careful of!!
Also, you suck at cloning filesystems, not my fault you're a strategically shaved ape
My case has an intake on the bottom, I think I cleaned it once.
It's the fooking great 230mm one on the front that sucks all the dust in, it works but boy does it hoover the house for me.

My lad is looking at a 30** in he near future, will have to upgrade his power supply as well i guess, as only 650w, ohh and will also have to up his keep to pay the electricity bill...ROG STRIX GAMING OC baby!

I didn't say how big the fans were....
But yeah, pre-built and being first gaming PC I was not fully apprised of the requisite fan count.
Runs well though... fewer fans to get dust stuck in yo

Had a Google "NVIDIA recommends at least a 750W PSU for the RTX 3080" but seems to be people saying up to 850W would be best.

Any interest in a gaming PC before I break it for parts? I’ve always gamed on PC, so just under a year ago when my last one was getting old in the tooth I went the whole hog on new stuff, upgrades, water cooled it, case swapped it, and now it’s been finished for a couple of months I’m just not using it.
I’m not in to RGB and I like quiet running machines, so I’ve got a Fractal Design Define S case, Core i7 10700K with AIO watercooler (fan swapped for a Noctua), 32Gb Hyper-X Fury DDR4, 512Gb SSD boot drive, 2Tb SSD game/data/p**n drive, water cooled 3080 all done with EKWB parts including the actively cooled backplate. I know I should really break it but thought I’d mention it on here first.

Superb in my opinion. They are firm (as opposed to plush or squishy) but I can, and do, spend hours in mine mate. Zero issues whatsoever.

See this is the thing, I can sit in my Herman Miller at work for hours and not be uncomfortable

Echo @SharkyUK's comments. I spend almost every day in mines WFH and have no issues. They're definitely firm but comfortable

I love mine. Go for one with the more expensive fabric. Very comfortable
Also the box they come in and the way everything is laid out really surprised me given its just a chair. Was well impressed! I can spend 12-18 hours a day in my chair and had no comfort issues at all
