The .:R32 so far

  Golf R soon...
Well I've had the car almost 6 months now and still love it...well maybe not the fuel bills lol!

I've added a few things since I got here.

- Non resonating Milletek exhaust
- Pressed plates
- Polo rear wiper
- New double din headunit

To come is a Leon Cupra R splitter and perhaps getting the wheels done in anthracite.

I gave it a quick clean yesterday and took some rather crap photos today :rasp:

Anyways, here you go...

Looks amazin mate :approve:

Get it slammed and BiTurbo'd lol

Tempted to get some coilovers for it, but I don't want to spend to much money on it to be honest, waste!

If I had the money I would love to get a turbo strapped to it! :)

Whats a non resonating exhaust?

Milltek do two versions of exhaust for the R32. One resonating and the other non resonating. The resonating one has two silencers and the none has only one.

Basically one is loud and the other not so! :D

Prefer the Arctic :p

T'is ace. LCR splitter on an r32 though? Suppose it's only as weird as one being on a clio.

Haha! The clio was great, this is something different though! :rasp:

LCR splitter does need modifing to find the R32 but I think it works well...

Very nice!! Definitly get the wheels done!!

Thanks! :)

Still trying to get a decent quote for the wheels at the mo!

i would say keep the wheels silver. much better imo

I have asked a fair few people about getting the wheels done and its been 50/50 at present. If the price is right I might do it!

Either that or get them diamond cut...

:)

When I finally get bored of the fuel bills I don't know what to go for next.

Has to be smaller engined I know that, perhaps a cooper s, CTR, ITR, S2000, Golf MK5 GTI.

^^

One of those I am sure! Would love to go back into a Renault Sport but I think the build quality will put me off!

They are still expensive the old Anni's! Whats you're budget?

They are, would love one though

Budget is about 5-5.5k, which by the looks of it will get me a 52 plate on about 60k

trouble is im too fussy, it must be dark blue/black, three door and pref with leathers :)

  Golf R soon...
Bloooor you replied before I had time to edit! Haha!

Are they any better on fuel though?

I would like something I can tune, something turbo'd

Pmsl! Must of caught this thread just as you posted ;)

They look ace! Easy to tune and the MPG goes up with a remap! :approve:

Perhaps you could get a normal GTI with anniversary kit on it! Perhaps the TDI version instead?

They are nice but I am a 3 door kind of man! Having said that the previous gen Leon doesn't look bad for a 5 dr.

I know what you mean, coming from an Punto into my old Clio it was great, leather, CC etc but then I drove the Golf and thought this is 10x better quality!

Having said that I have heard the clio mk3's it better built.

That does look nice with BBS wheels on it!

Good choice on the exhaust and get the wheels done!

I think the Milltek was the best choice out of the ones I could of chose.

The supersprint was double the price!

Had a blueflame performance exhaust on my 182, and to be honest it wasn't really a refined sound, just loud! So I thought I would give a milly a try :)

i went for a milltek on my cooper s and loved it, once it was de-catted and had a different manifold it sounded amazing... thought about de-catting the R32?

Ali

  V6, Trackhawk, GTS
Look Awesome diamond cut!

I like the R! Just the fuel bills literally take the piss out the vee when driven hard!

** Thats Clarks old LCR ^^^**

I think decatting the R32 would be a bad idea, too loud!

I would love the free flow manifolds and sports cats though! :)
