Ph2 bumper nooooo!
Ah ok i get it now, hmmm decisions...Cup spoiler YES
Ph2 bumper NO
It's too chunky in my opinion, and hides the rear wheels from behind which makes it look less aggressive!
I prefer them... But i also agree it's a fair chunk of money for something that doesn't look massively different, i'm still undecided if i'll get a cup spoiler, car is going to painters anyway so...I lol that people will spend £100+ for a spoiler that doesn't look THAT different....
I bought it as it came up at the right price for a future plan, can re-wire with that ditch standard ecu and run race logic dash off that. BUT that went yesterday anyway, DannyR desperately needed it for his supercharged build as it was already mapped from the last setup the supercharger was on.What's made you swap to the EC-1 mate from Omex?
Seems like a lot of money after you've just got really good results on the Omex mapping
I will weigh mine once it's offSuper job there Lewis
That has got to be a massive weight saving, I am sure I read on here somewhere that the steel bonnet is 12kgs!
I get mine tomorrow
Dedication at this time of night! lolI might whip mine off tonight.......just because I can
Come along to a meet or a track day some time, spent quite a while talking to Ross his 5 Turbo is lovely.Ha ha, you don't waste much time.
glad I could help, just a shame i didn't get to have a look around your car
Dedication at this time of night! lol
Your previous guesstimate was a good one well thats another 7kg's off my car12.6 kgs
Aren't I good heyYour previous guesstimate was a good one well thats another 7kg's off my car
What will the weight be down to now Lewis?
At a guess in the region of about 935kg

Also forgot to add, weighed the alloy bonnet... 5kgs
I see... It's handy I've sold the ec1 to DannyR then, think you need to tell me more about this...You can run the race tech dashes off the omex mate - they do a box that goes into the serial port
I've been down chatting to them about the dash and datalogging for mine
I'm also ditching all standard wiring - just gonna run the omex, dash2pro and a set of switches for the lights etc..
At a guess in the region of about 935kg
Stick it on the scales! I'd bet it's more than you think
Stick it on the scales! I'd bet it's more than you think
I know i need to get a move on with cutting sh*t outAnd you still have all of the metal internals of your doors and no polycarb windows yet
That should save a fairly substantial amount
Ah right i see, so if i done that, how would i go about ditching the standard ECU? As the Omex is spliced into that, this is looking a lot cheaper optionLewis these are the ECU interfaces http://www.race-technology.com/ecu_interfaces_2_7533.html
Sort it If i stick to the Omex that's more than fair enough, but untill i know more i'll say i'm still going down the EC1 road...I've got a friend with a weigh bridge
If your not going for the EC1 I want a discount! Hah!
Earlier
It is earlier ones you're right. Not sure why I said later seeing as mine was a demo car and came with one lol
