These caliper brackets look okay?

Looking at these on ebay for 150, got a 15% discount so £127 but doesnt look the pads would be covering a good portion of the discs compared to the pms ones

Hard to tell without proper pictures, looks like the caliper could move closer down the disc but where is the top of the pad in relation to the disc?
