I recently fitted the spacers that came with my new standard top mounts there the sort where the top hat just has a thicker top ( best i can describe ) but anyway ive tightened them up as much as possible but the thread still isnt comming through the nighlock bit of the top mount and ive got a awful rumbly noise and knock :s my question is are the bits you can see in the engine bay still ment to sit flush with the body work?
