Torsion bar

I wouldnt think in terms of notches though mate.

When I lowered my mk1 clio you couldnt see the inside of the bracket, so I just had to raise arm by the amount I wanted to lower car by, then jiggle it a bit until torsion bar went in.

It is very easy though.

dont lower it by 60mm. it scrubs badly when there is more than 2 people in the back. sometimes when there is only 1 person.

i will show you on saturday, im planning to raise my t-bar soon as the rear arches are starting to split my tyres!!

am using 16v phase 1 turbines with 195/45/15 rubber.

pretty much a standard setup, it should scrub but it does so it is goin up!

Think i will have a go at lowering it myself with a m8 who is a trainee mecahanic, drop it 60mm and see wot happens if it rubs then i ca raise it again :)

Cheers for the advice guys
