Touch up kits

The above link is for a basecoat in a bottle and that will dry matt. So as you said, you'd need a lacquer.
I believe Halfords do a touch up kit consisting of the basecoat and lacquer in two separate pens. Although they cost a fair bit from what I remember!

I make touch up bottles in work and they do a tidy job of just hiding small blemishes. As in, you wouldn't notice if you didn't know.
Sometimes we have requests to make paints with a shine, so they don't need lacquering which we can do. Pm me.

It's worth noting that the bottles have a capacity of 60cc, so you will only receive half a bottle in the above auction.

I'm probably too late to help, but what you want is the touch up bottle in the link below. I've bought various touch-up bottles from them before and they are excellent! Just remember to state your paint code in the notes section when you order  I'm just abo0ut to order one myself for the Clio (this is how i came across your post during a search!)

I like how I received no notifications for this, haha.

The touch up kit I got seems a bit, well meh. The brush is far too big to be used for touch ups, and personally I find it a lot harder than I had imagined to use. Tested it out with a smaller finer brush on my bumper, which needs a respray, and wasn't the best.
