Have already been for a thrash in a Cup and I know how great they are, but I may just get an Impreza for a while, just so Ive had one, then get a Cup...
The RB5 is superb though!
I was the same when I bought my GT turbo. I knew it would be full of hassles but I thought it would be rude not to. Sold it now but had a year of unbelievable fun!
My mate had a modded VI and I loved it, but running costs in an Evo are waaay more than a UK spec Impreza.Quote: Originally posted by BenR on 24 June 2003
screw the scoob..............if your going to go along the Jap AWD route, dont pick the bottom car (bar the horrid GTI-R), skip straight to the evo.
I am 27 with a clean licence and 10 years NCB so insurance is not an issue...Quote: Originally posted by Tim-Grove on 24 June 2003
Depends on Richs age. Before i had my 172 i had a quote on a UK Scoob and it was £1000 and the 172 was £200 less. This was last year when i was 23 BTW.
Not when I can get a new Cup for about £10,300 from my mate!Quote: Originally posted by The Monk on 24 June 2003
Rich for the price of a cup you could get a EVO 7, and still have money left over for insurance etc.......
Freaky...Quote: Originally posted by paddymph on 24 June 2003

Its great, but I only ever got it as a "stop gap" after Id bought my house and I know Ive only had it 7 months, but its time.Quote: Originally posted by Gunner on 24 June 2003
